A Brief History of Mont-Ro
Mont-Ro is an Australian family-owned skincare company that originally began in Brazil. Mont-Ro was founded by Montserrat, a highly experienced, European trained aesthetician and her husband Roberto, a biochemist. Montserrat and Roberto put their skills and knowledge together to research and develop skincare products specifically tailored for individual client needs. Their aim was to create products that served as a solution for a particular skin condition.
When the family migrated to Sydney, Australia in 1971, they continued to develop their range of skincare products and opened skincare clinics to treat and care for skin conditions that their clients in Australia were experiencing. They provided professional education, skincare products and services to skin therapists as well as their customers in Australia and eventually expanded operations into North America.
The second-generation family members continue to research, develop and manufacture Mont-Ro products, combining the latest technologies with the highest quality ingredients. Together with our in-house biomedical, biochemist & aesthetician team, Mont-Ro continues to provide medically based skincare solutions that we have now become best known for.
